How Blue Snake handles app, website, and support data.
Effective date: 27 July 2026. Blue Snake apps are designed to keep app data private and local by default, unless a specific app clearly states otherwise.

App data
- No account is required for current apps unless a specific app explicitly says otherwise.
- Blue Snake does not collect personal data through current apps unless a specific app states otherwise.
- Current apps do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising unless a specific app clearly states otherwise.
- App data stays on the device by default. If an app supports optional iCloud sync and you enable it, data may sync through your personal iCloud account across supported Apple devices. Blue Snake cannot access your iCloud data.
- If supported, widgets or Apple Watch apps may use local mirrored or cached data for app functionality.
Website and microsite data
Website hosting may process technical request data that is necessary to deliver and secure bluesnake.nl and Blue Snake microsites. This may include an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and timestamp. Blue Snake currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies and does not use website tracking.
Support data
When you contact support, Blue Snake processes the name and contact details you provide, your message, and any technical details you include only to answer and handle your request. This information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for that purpose and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Sale and sharing
Blue Snake does not sell personal data.
Your rights and deleting data
- You can delete app data in the app and/or device or iCloud settings where applicable.
- Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or object to processing by emailing support@bluesnake.nl.
- You may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
