Effective date: 27 July 2026. These Terms apply to bluesnake.nl, Blue Snake microsites, Blue Snake apps, and related support and content.

Lawful and personal use
You may use Blue Snake websites, apps, and services for lawful personal purposes. You must not misuse or disrupt them, gain unauthorised access, or copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer software or content without permission, except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.
Updates and availability
Blue Snake may update, change, or discontinue apps, services, or content. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights or any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
App Store terms
Where applicable, purchases, distribution, billing, and refunds for App Store apps are handled through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. If no custom end-user licence agreement applies, Apple's Standard EULA applies. These website Terms do not replace Apple or App Store terms or mandatory consumer law.
Devices, iCloud, and backups
You remain responsible for your device, Apple ID and iCloud settings, and your own backups where relevant. Blue Snake cannot guarantee that app data will never be lost, without limiting rights you have under applicable law.
Intellectual property
Original Blue Snake website and app assets, content, and software remain the property of Blue Snake or its licensors. Third-party names, trademarks, and other rights remain the property of their respective owners.
Shiny Tracker disclaimer
Shiny Tracker is an independent, fan-made tracker. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or Game Freak. Pokémon and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, Blue Snake is not liable for indirect loss or loss caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections and the competent court available to a consumer under applicable law remain unaffected.
